There an solid argument for either side on the matter of 'hairy' and 'hairless' pubic region, however Eplilady and waxing were not as popular as it is today. In the old days it was like sandpaper because those shave were only as close as that of a man's face. I don't believe many women would opt for a barbershop shave with a straight razor. So it was kinda sketchy with the shaving biz so I'd opt for a face full of bush anyday than chowing down through sandpaper.
